Return Policy:
We are committed to delivering high-quality products to our customers. In the rare instance that you receive a defective product, we are here to assist you.
- Defective Product: If you receive a defective product, please reach out to us at help@orangeberrysleep.in within 3 days of receiving the product. Provide detailed information about the issue along with supporting images.
- Return Authorization: Upon receiving your email, we will review the details and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Authorization. Please do not return the product without this authorization.
- Product Inspection: Once we receive the product, our team will conduct a thorough inspection to verify the defect. We aim to process returns within 2 working days after receiving the product.
- Refund Process: If the product is confirmed as defective, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of completing the inspection.
Cancellation Policy:
- Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled within 48 hours of purchase. Please contact us immediately at help@orangeberrysleep.in with your order details for cancellation.
- Refund for Canceled Orders: Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 48 hours.
